Aro Air Valve|Common failure causes and troubleshooting of pneumatic valves



Pneumatic valve does not work, the failure phenomena and reasons are as follows:

1. No power, no power to the pneumatic valve input, check the input power.

2. The air pressure is low, check the pressure of the air compressor storage tank-the outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve at the outlet of the air storage tank-the inlet pressure of the pneumatic valve.

3. The solenoid coil is burned out and replaced.

4. The pneumatic valve is malfunctioning, the O-ring is aging, and the grease sees water, resulting in high resistance. Replace or disassemble, clean and lubricate (Vaseline, butter).

5. Actuator failure, fouling between the piston and the cylinder body causes jamming, the piston positioning block falls off, and the central shaft thread port or the piston thread port is worn. Replace or disassemble lubrication

6. If the valve body is faulty, remove the blocked foreign matter or replace it.

7. The pneumatic valve opens slowly, and the failure phenomena and reasons are as follows:
Low air pressure
Throttle valve opening is too small
Pneumatic valve or actuator lubrication failure
The valve core of the valve body is aging, and the resistance is large
The opening speed is too fast and the force is too large

8. If the intake pressure is high, a pressure reducing valve or throttle valve should be installed

9. The actuator selection is too large, matching the corresponding type of actuator
